Tüketici:

Narkotik (opioid) analjezik ajanlar bağırsak mukoza işgal organizmalar, bu zehirli E. coli geniş spektrumlu antibiyotikler nedeniyle, Salmonella, Shigella, ve psödomembranöz kolit ile ilişkili ishal uzatmak ve/veya daha da kötüye gidebilir. Enfeksiyon gastroenteric organizmalar ve/veya toksinleri atılımını geciktirebilir bu ajanlar gastrointestinal hareketliliği azaltmak. Ateş gibi diğer belirtiler ve komplikasyonlar, organizmalar ve ekstraintestinal hastalık dökülme de artış ya da uzun süreli olabilir. Opioid ile tedavi, yüksek ateş dışkı, irin veya kan eşliğinde özellikle nedeniyle psödomembranöz enterokolit veya olur üreten bakteri ya da Kaçınılması veya dikkatle bulaşıcı ishal olan hastalarda uygulanmalıdır.
