Tüketici:

Oral kontraseptif kullanımı, karaciğer tümörü olan hastalarda kullanılmamalıdır. İyi huylu karaciğer adenomu ve hepatoselüler karsinom riski uzun, en az 4 yıl ve 8 yıl, sırasıyla kontraseptif kullanımı progesteron süreli oral östrojen ile ilişkili olmuştur. Bu tümörler nadirdir ve östrojen veya oral tedaviler diğer türleri ile bildirilmiştir olmasa da, östrojen ve/veya progestojenler içeren herhangi bir hazırlık muhtemelen mevcut karaciğer tümörü olan hastalarda kaçınılmalıdır. Karaciğer hepatik tamamen ortadan ve nodüler hiperplazi izole östrojen tedavisi ile bildirilmiştir.
