İnhaler ve nazal kortikosteroidlerin kullanımı nadiren hyperadrenocorticism koşulları çökelti ya da kötüleştirebilir. Kortikosteroidlerin yan etkileri yerel yerine sistemik İdaresi tarafından simge durumuna küçültülmüş olabilir, ancak riskler tamamen kaldırılmış değildir. Solunan ve genizden mi geliyor uygulanan ilaç özellikle yüksek dozlarda kullanıldığında dolaşımına absorbe olabilir. Bireysel ürünlerin önerilen dozlarda aştı ve etkili en düşük dozun kullanılması önemlidir. Bu tür adet düzensizlikleri inhaler veya nazal kortikosteroid tedavisi sırasında, akneiform lezyonlar, katarakt ve cushingoid özellikler gibi semptomların gelişimi aşırı kullanımı gösterebilir.
