Trombolitik kullanımı hastada aktif kanama 2 ay içinde (son CPR/intrakraniyal/intraspinal cerrahi) (iç), travma/ameliyat olan hastalarda, 110 (LARINDA 180>/DKB>) serebrovasküler (CV) kaza, (anevrizma, arteriovenöz malformasyon, ven) intrakranial kusur veya şiddetli kontrol edilemeyen arteriyel hipertansiyon zayıflık, tarih kanıyor. Risk-yarar dikkatlice aşağıdaki şartları ve dikkatli olan hastalarda son 10 günde) ciddi GASTROİNTESTİNAL kanama veya yakın zamanda (10 gün) (noncompressible damar koroner baypas grefti, obstetrik doğum, organ biyopsisi, delinme), kalp trombüs sol, tipik bakteriyel endokardit cerrahi, hemostatik defekt, CV hastalığı, diyabetik hemorajik retinopati, ya da hamilelik ile uygulanan trombolitik tedavi düşünülmelidir. Kan yapıcı, kanama ve pıhtılaşma fonksiyonları klinik izleme trombolitik tedaviye başlanması öncesinde tavsiye edilir. İnfüzyon sırasında fibrinolitik aktivite ve/veya pıhtılaşma fonksiyonları ölçüleri etkinliği ya da kanama riski ile ilişkili değil.
