Blokerleri (aka beta) Beta-blokör uygulandığında ajanlar serum lipit profilleri değiştirebilir. Kolesterol serum TOTAL ve LDL kolesterol ve trigliserid artışları olarak azalır, bazı beta-blokerler ile bildirilmiştir. Hiperlipidemi olan hastalarda beta rejimi düşürmek buna göre lipit kendi yaptı-bloker tedavisi ve ayarlamalar sırasında yakından takip edilmelidir.

Diüretikler serum trigliserit ve kolesterol seviyeleri LDL ve TOTAL artabilir. Bu etkiler doza bağlı ve kronik tedavisi sırasında sürekli olup olmadığı bilinmiyor. Hiperlipidemi olan hastalarda buna göre yağ kaydettikleri hipertansiyon tedavisi sırasında yakından izlenmesi ve ayarlamalar-rejimi düşürmek gerekebilir
