Tüketici:

ACE inhibitörleri semptomatik hipotansiyon, genellikle tedavi başlandıktan tükenmiş veya (USD) konjestif kalp yetmezliği için tedavi ve/veya sodyum hacimli olan hastalarda sırasında ve neden olabilir. ACE inhibitörleri ile tedavi dikkatle bu hastalar hipovolemik veya hiponatremik Devletleri (örneğin, diüretik tedavisi, özellikle son zamanlarda uygulamış olsaydı hastalar; diyet tuz kısıtlaması olanlar; şiddetli ve uzun süreli ishal veya kusma olanlar; ve böbrek diyaliz hastaları) yatkın olanlar ve uygulanmalıdır. Hacim ve/veya sodyum azalması ACE inhibitörleri ile tedaviye başlamadan önce düzeltilmelidir ve hasta hemodinamik olarak stabil olmalı. Eğer birlikte diüretik ve/veya diyet sodyum kısıtlaması istihdam, karaciğer dozaj azaltılması veya geçici olarak stopaj ve/veya daha önceden 2-3 gün diyet sodyum alımının serbestleştirilmesi gibi düzenlemeler tolere edebilen hastalarda ciddi hipotansiyon riskini en aza indirmeye yardımcı olabilir. ACE inhibitörleri aynı zamanda aşırı hipotansiyon ciddi sonuçları, koroner veya serebrovasküler yetmezliği olan hastalar gibi olabilir kimi hastalarda dikkatle kullanılmalıdır. Aşırı hipotansiyon riski hasta ve ACE inhibitörü veya diüretik dozu arttığı zaman çok yakın tıbbi gözetim altında ACE inhibitörü tedavisi, başlatmak ve tedavinin ilk 2 hafta boyunca yakından takip edilmelidir.
