Tüketici:

Azatioprin metabolik (6-MP) farmakolojik olarak aktif 6-metotreksat dönüştürülür. MP karaciğer hastalığı olan hastalarda azalabilir 6 6 dönüşüm-MP ve metabolizma. Azatioprin ile tedavi dikkatle karaciğer hastalığı olan hastalarda uygulanmalıdır. Karaciğer fonksiyon takibi bu hastalarda tavsiye edilir.
