Fenilpropanolamin çökelti ya da psikotik belirtiler şiddetlendirmek, özellikle yüksek dozlarda olabilir. Fenilpropanolamin ile tedavi hastalarda dikkatle psikiyatrik hastalık öyküsü ile uygulanmalıdır.
