Tüketici:

Narkotik (opioid) analjezik ajanların uzun süreli kullanımı aşağıdaki lümen basıncı, spazm, kabızlık yükselmesine neden olan gastrointestinal sistem ve peristaltizmin azalması, düz kas tonusunu artırmak. Şiddetli veya akut iltihabi bağırsak hastalığı, bağırsak hareketliliği azalması toksik megakolona kadar ilerleyebilir neden olabilir. Opioid ile tedavi dikkatle gastrointestinal tıkanıklığı, kabızlık, iltihabi bağırsak hastalığı, ya da son gastrointestinal sistem cerrahisi olan hastalarda uygulanmalıdır. Gastrointestinal etkiler morfin ile en belirgin olarak görünür.
