(CCBs) kalsiyum kanal blokerleri negatif inotropik etkisi değişen derecelerde olabilir. (USD) konjestif kalp yetmezliği, CHF kötüleşme, pulmoner ödem bazı hastalarda bir CCB ile tedavi oluştu, verapamil öncelikle var. Bazı CCBs da bağımlı küçük atardamarların ve sol ventrikül artan etkileri ile savaşırken verilen küçük kan damarlarının genişlemesine yerelleştirilmiş nedeniyle periferik ödem hafif ve orta şiddette neden olmuştur.
